Who we are and how to reach us

VyapaarSetu builds websites and business software for local businesses in India.

Questions and requests about your personal information are handled by the VyapaarSetu Privacy Contact. Contact them at vyapaarsetu123@gmail.com, or by phone on +91 9451320232 (also on WhatsApp).

What this website collects

When you submit the requirements form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, existing website, the kind of business you run, the features you are interested in and any notes you add. We also record that you gave your consent, and when.

Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and press Submit on the final step. Your enquiry is then stored in our database and you are shown a reference number for it.

To protect the form from abuse, the IP address your request comes from is used briefly to limit how many submissions one visitor can make. We do not store it with your enquiry. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs of requests to our service, which can include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting; on our current plan, the logs available to us are kept for three days.

Visitors to the public pages are not given cookies. The admin area, used only by our team, uses one essential sign-in cookie. The interactive demos use sample data only and keep it in your own browser. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support your project.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed below, who help us run this website and our business.

Service providers and where your data is stored

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the service that receives the form. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your request may be handled in a data centre outside India.

Neon hosts our database. Enquiries are stored in its Asia Pacific (Singapore) region, outside India.

When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by the provider of that service: our email is provided by Google (Gmail), and WhatsApp by Meta.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Backups

So that our database can be recovered after a mistake or a failure, our database provider keeps a short history of recent changes, a few hours on our current plan. We also take a manual snapshot of the database before important changes.

Information deleted from the database can remain in that history until it moves on, and in a snapshot until the snapshot is removed. We do not currently keep automatic copies of the database anywhere else. Backups are used only to recover our own service.

How we protect it

Information travels over encrypted connections, both from your browser to our service and from our service to the database. Enquiries can be seen only by our team, through a password-protected admin area.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at vyapaarsetu123@gmail.com, or by phone on +91 9451320232 (also on WhatsApp). We may need to confirm that a request comes from you before acting on it.

Concerns and complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about how we handle your information, contact the VyapaarSetu Privacy Contact at vyapaarsetu123@gmail.com, or by phone on +91 9451320232 (also on WhatsApp) and we will look into it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Third-party services

Websites we build for customers may use third-party services such as payment gateways and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Those services process data under their own privacy policies, which we will point out in each project.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
